This year is our 5 year anniversary Jeff and I took a kid-free trip to San fransisco to celebrate, it was so much fun.
We rented bikes to get around. It was fun/exhausting but a neat way to get to know the city.
We played a game called "escape the room" where you are locked in a room with a group of people and you have 1 hour to work together to try to solve puzzles to get the key to unlock the door, this was our group (unfortunately we did not make it out of the room in time)
We visited Alcatraz. We took an audio tour that walked us through the old prison. It was kind of eerie picturing it full of the world's most dangerous criminals.
We ate tons of really, really yummy food!
Cruising across the golden gate was awesome!
We visited some beautiful parks and gardens.
On our last day we biked along the coast it was breathtaking.
We had a great time in SanFransisco! So glad I got to explore it with my favorite person in the whole world! Yay to 5 years and I still feel like we are just getting started!
And of course I loved coming back home to these darling girls!
I have really enjoyed being their nursery teacher (with my mom as my nursery partner!) I love seeing them grow and learn from the nursery lessons each Sunday!
For my birthday Jeff and the girls took me up to Brighton. We all skied! It was such a blast! The girls loved it!
I also got some very exciting news the morning of my birthday! HAPPY BIRTHDAY TO ME- BABY #3!!!
In February my dad had a conference in Orlando and invited all of us to come along. We had a great time at Disney World! The girls talk about it all the time! (I will be posting a blog seperately with all of the details of our trip.) Meeting Cinderella was definitely the highlight of the trip for both of the girls!
Mid-March Jeff had some classes down in St. George. Me and the girls came along and we all spent the weekend at my parent's house. It was warm and relaxing. Sometimes it just feels so good to get away for a few days!
I took the girls to Gardner village one day and found this cute little farm, the girls loved saying hi to the animals.
Eliza has learned this behavior from the dogs! Eeeew gross!
One day my mom and I took the girls up to "grandma-great's" house. They had fun playing and reading books with her!
A few random photos just for fun! We have had a lot of fun playing in the snow (even though it has been a very mild winter)
