DIX

10 months! woo hoo! Eliza has had a buzy/crazy month and so have we.  She is such a "big girl" these days, she has started taking a few steps on her own and has gotten pretty good at going up and down stairs.  She is understanding more and more and will repeat sounds alot! She is getting her two top teeth in and now has 4 teeth total.  She has really enjoyed being in Utah around family, cousins and new friends.  She is such a happy baby and we love her so so so much!

Mila is becoming such a talker these days I think it has really helped having her around so many new people in such a short period of time.  She is getting some more teeth (her canine's are coming in), which has been a lot of fun along with adjusting to a new place, new people, and a new routine! ahh! but, she seems to finally be adjusting.  YAY!

We started the month by saying "goodbye" to all of our Kentucky friends.  We went to the zoo with our play group friends.

Here is another adorable picture taken by my good friend Britanie Myers of Mila and her bestie Clara.

We didn't take pictures of all our friends but had many great dinners and said a lot of goodbyes to close friends and neighbors who we will really miss!

We also celebrated Jeff's graduation! I wasn't sure it was ever going to come.  It was so much fun to see him in his cap and gown (isn't he handsome?) I couldn't stop smiling every time I looked at him.  I am so proud.  I am so so so lucky to have such an amazing husband!

We sold our house, loaded up the penske and road tripped our way back to utah.  Thanks to my wonderful inlaws who helped with the move in so many ways!

First stop Chicago.

Then wisconsin (Jeff's pick: House on the Rock) ... awesome/random road trip stop if you are into strange sights haha. (google wisconisn house on the rock for more info! so interesting)

Then Iowa  (also Jeff's pick: Field of Dreams)... "If you build it they will come." as you can see they built it and we came and we were the only ones that came.. haha!

Then South Dakota (Jen's Pick: Mount Rushmore)  Once in a lifetime! (Jeff was not impressed) but I thought it was super cool!

Then UTAH! WOO-HOO!

It has been so much fun re-connecting with our Utah family and friends! The girls love playing with grandmas, grandpas and cousins!

As you all have learned me and Jeff don't know anything about wasting time so Jeff started working the week we got back and so far is really enjoying his work! yay.. his boss is really nice and he feels like it is a "perfect fit" for the job!

We found a house and put an offer on it and they accepted and we are now under contract! (Scheduled to close June 26th.) The house is in South Jordan, Utah and we will take Kentucky visitors any time.. there is plenty of room.  We want to see you all!!!

Jen got a job at TOSH (The Orthopedic Specialty Hospital) in murray Utah working 12 hours a week.  She worked there her last year of nursing school as an LPN and really enjoyed it and is looking forward to working there as an RN!

So many fun and exciting things! Can't wait to see what this next month brings (I hope it brings a few naps I could really use a few.. haha!)
